Ladysmith Shopping Centre Date Decider Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. The Ladysmith competition will be open for entries from Monday 2nd  February 2026 until 10am on Friday 13th February 2026. 
2. To enter the competition, entrants must complete the Date Decider quiz hosted on the Ladysmith website. 
3. All entries will be put in a generator with one entry selected at random who will win a £200 experience day and another winner who will receive a £100 voucher for a store or restaurant of their choice. 
4. The prize will be emailed to the winner on behalf of the Ladysmith Shopping Centre management team on a dedicated date discussed with the Marketing Team.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 
6. There is no cash alternative available.
7. The winner will be notified via the email address that they used to enter the competition.
8. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
9. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
10. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever.
11. The entrant’s personal information (name) will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged. 
12. Employees of Ladysmith and their relatives can enter this competition. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
